June 5th 2013

Today we isolated OmpR again. We used the POmpR_F and POmpR_R primers. Testing 60 C and 64 C. This time we used the Protocol for Q5® High-Fidelity 2X Master Mix on NEB’s website, as opposed to the slightly modified phusion protocol we have been using.
