Dilutions of Herring Sperm DNA
- Add 9ul of TE buffer to 6 epindorph tubes
- Pipette 1ul of each sonicated DNA sample 1-6 into each buffer for a 10x dilution
- vortex thoroughly and centrifuge briefly
