7/17/13 Ran CsCl gradient for T4 group.
7/19/13 Discussed our results from 7.17 with the large phage group. we will be taking TEM pictures of the potentially mutated T4 phages.
7/22/13 Went over Children's book with the class, and talked about our next steps. We also dialyzed T4 that were extracted.
7/24/13 Ran a titer on our dialyzed T4 Phage. (experiment listed on 7.26)
7/26/13 We performed a titer to make sure our phage was a high enough concentration to take an EM of. We looked at the results from the titer today.
7/29/13 Worked on the wiki. We are waiting for our appointment with the TEM before continuing.
