Short explanation
The PureYield Plasmid Miniprep System Kit from Promega is a fast way to purificate plasmid DNA out of a bakteria culture.
Procedure
The hole purification was done according to the "Quick Protokol" of the PureYield Plasmid Miniprep System from Promega
