gDNA from R. Leg extracted at approximately 23 ng/ul. PCR will be next. Brandon will be out of town today through Thursday(6/27). Brandon also tried once more to PCR NtrC-temps of 53, 55, 57, 59, 60, 63, 65, and 67 have not worked. We need to re-evaluate our primers.
