Procedure


Followed Openwetware procedure for periplasmic extraction([http://drummond.openwetware.org/Periplasmic_Prep.html link]). Used smaller amount though.

Then, viewed the periplasmic and cytoplasmic cell contents under UV light.

Conclusion from today


The Hello World project was a success -- the periplasm contains GFP and the cytoplasm contains RFP.
