6/3/13 - Ran the CsCl purification step. - Next class we will attempt extracting the phage from the gradient.
6/5/13 - Extracted the phage from 6.3 CsCl Gradient Phage Purification using a syringe and a needle.
- Prepared stocks of bacteria for future use.
