9/4/13 - Went over the results of our T4 and T7 purification with the Large Phage and small phage group. - Updated wiki and discussed plans to have everything completed by the deadlines. AB DL AC
9/6/13 Continued updating wiki. AB DL AC
9/7/13 We ran a T7 purification today to see if the regular WT T7 bands at a new location with our new CsCl stock. AB DL AC
9/9/13 We decided that our problem T7 banding in our gradient could be due to faulty phage suspension buffer. We created a new 10X solution of it to do all further gradients. AB DL AC
9/11/13 - We went ahead and ran another phage purification procedure with the new phage suspension buffer created in 9.9 10X Phage Suspension Buffer Creation AB DL AC
9/13/13 - We discussed the results from 9.11 CsCl Gradient and determined a new gradient to be run. Our plan is to run three gradients next class, one wild type and two mutant gradients.
- We also worked on our team profile and updated the notebook on the wiki. AB DL AC
