Digestion of pieces: with the 3 hour method

Backbone (BB) - used the pATBS06 plasmid from before

Enzymes: NdeI and XhoI

Expected length: 2200bp

There were a few bands on the gel, but I cut out the 2200bp one.

Expected length: about 720bp

Aer/EnvZ(piece that was messed up. Just to see if it would actually work)

Enzymes: BglII and XhoI

Expected length: about 1490bp

Didn’t show up on the gel because the piece was messed up
