Cholera Detection March-April May-June July-August September-October	May 1 - May 12 We amplified Cro through pcr and cut it out of a gel. Cro will be used to induce the lytic cycle of lambda. We believe that when there is an abundance of cro, there will be an increased lysis of lambda. Daily log
