Antibiotiques

Carbénicilline:
Kanamycine:
Chloramphénicole:

LB and LB Agar

Mix 20 g of LB Broth in 1L of distilled water in a bottle of 1L. Put in autoclave overnight.
Mix 17,5 g of LB Agar and in 500 mL of distilled water in a bottle of 1L. Put in autoclave overnight.

CaCl2 and CaCl2+glycérol

Tris HCl (50 mL à 1M, pH=7,5)

Dissoudre 4,6g de Trisbase dans 30 mL d'eau distillée.
Ajuster le pH avec du HCl concentré (~4 mL) jusqu'à pH=7,5.
Compléter avec de l'eau distillée jusqu'à 50 mL puis mettre à autoclaver.
Si la solution a une coloration jaune, recommencer avec du Trisbase de meilleur qualité.
