Only extracted T4 because the T7 gradient was destroyed in the refrigerator. Extracted the T4 band as well as debris from the bottom as the gradient was partially destroyed. Placed these in the refrigerator. - Prepared stocks of bacteria for future use. 6.5 Bacteria Cultures 3/20/13 3/22/13 3/25/13
