Safety forms


The safety forms includes three parts.

Form I is for the basic safety ,we listed our chassis organism,. Also, we answered some basic safety questions, and laboratory safety level as well as the risk to the public and environment.

   Form I

Form II is for rabis G protein, because the level of rabis G protein is II ,so we must make separated form. We briefly introduced the resource of the part.and the potential risky it will caused.

Form II

Form III is for our receptor animals--fleas. But we did’t use them to do our experiment .so we used the form just for a expectation.
