Timer
A timer was added to the total circuit in order to control the peptide production. The timer is inactivated when there is no S.aureus detected and activated in the opposite case. As seen in figure 1, the first part of the timer is the pTet promoter. As long as there is no S.aureus, the pTet promoter is on.
