Small Phage May - June Notebook
Overview March-April May-June July-August September-October	July 1 - July 15 A new term and a fresh start! During these two weeks, we performed two more rounds of mutagenesis. With every experiment, we were able to perfect our protocol. Although our results are still not satisfactory, we are getting close! Eventually, we discovered that our phage stock decreased in titer during its preservation inside the fridge. We will propagate our phage and try again! Daily log Experiment Listing
