- Prepared RNase A for future use. - Prepared T4 and T7 cultures.
6/10/13 - Prepared RNase for future use. - Prepared W3110 and BL21 cultures.
6/3/13 - Ran the CsCl purification step. - Next class we will attempt extracting the phage from the gradient.
6/5/13 - Extracted the phage from 6.3 CsCl Gradient Phage Purification using a syringe and a needle.
- Prepared stocks of bacteria for future use.
