Foreword
For this project, our goal is and always has been the bacterial calculator. Because this project is beautiful, clever and ambitious.
However, we knew it was impossible to complete in time. However, we could show that the project was feasible. For this, we focused on the characterization of the different parts of the project separately.
Showing that each part works individually, we have collected good arguements to support the feasibility of the project.
A faire : Expliquer le projet = calculateur on a a choisit de le décomposer en modules et de les caractériser un à un. Ainsi chaque module peut etre utilisé indépendamment dans d'autres projects. voici comment on été pensé chaque module, courte phrase avec lien vers le spages biological modules puis le projet en global lien vers la page e.calculus design et enfin voici ce qu'on a réussi à faire lien vers la page results. On s'est aussi intérressé a la partie éthique on a eu des réfléxions ethiques sur la bio de synthèse sur igem et sur le project. Voici où on ets est actuellement et pourquoi on vise une médaille d'or avec le tableau récapitulatif...
