Lab work

- PCR for the sequence of promoter fnr and origin of replication done

- Transformation of super competent cells done

- Make a solid growth medium with ampicillin and LB

- Test of the super competent: transformation test with Puc 18 as plasmid. (Spread bacteria on the boxes)

- Make an agarose gel with Bet

- Gel electrophoresis
