Ghost Sensor
In order to detect large molecules such as proteins, we employ bacterial ghost technique to make tunnels through inner and outer membrane of the cells while keeping periplasmic space intact concurrently.
In the second part, we want to detect and destroy a small molecule called atrazine, an herbicide which gives rise to flu-like symptoms due to its contamination of drinking water.
