Culture of 08/30/13 work. We have blue colonies for Pndh* with RBS-LacZ-Term in pSB1K3 in aerobic conditions.

Culture of 08/30/13 don't work. We have blue colonies for Pndh* with RBS-LacZ-Term in pSB1C3 in aerobic conditions.

Culture of 08/30/13 work. We have blue colonies for PnarK with RBS-LacZ-Term in pSB1K3 in anaerobic conditions.
