Iron coli project

Sensor

We constructed iron sensors by combining 3 genetic parts: an ''E. coli'' promoter with a putative Fur binding site, the sfGFP fluorescent reporter, and a transcriptional terminator. These iron sensing elements were cloned in Biobrick compatible format as shown below.
