BandAid Application

Experiments

Aim: To check if it is feasible for the peptides to pass through the selected membranes (Cellulose Nitrate Membrane and PTFE Membrane).

Procedure:
  1. Dissolve the peptides.Maximim was dissolved in 5mM of because it is an acidic peptide.
