Results Overview
Until the regional jamborre in Lyon we were able to create xx BioBricks and devices, have successfully transformed and selected xx trangenic GM-mosses. Different effectors were characterized as a recombinant protein which were produced in E. coli but also as transformation in our moss Physcomitrella patens.
