Lab work

1. Transformation for His-SUMO-peptides in XL1 Blue cells was done.
2. BBConst-AgrAC-pP2-GFP-TT transformed on 12/8/13 was selected for single colonies and inoculated in LB broth.(Colonies 1,2,5 and 7).
3. Transformations of the pT7-peptides and pSB1C3-Magainin did not go right as the ligation did not work properly.
