Homemade Miniprep System

We have developed a homemade miniprep system that is much cheaper that the commercial plasmid purification kits. In addition, we have developed an effective method of recycling mini-columns to reduce waste!
Gel Purification of DNA

This simple procedure utilizes filter paper and dialysis tubing to obtain concentrated DNA from an agarose gel, eliminating the need for commercial gel purification kits.
