- Homemade Miniprep System
- We have developed a homemade miniprep system that is much cheaper that the commercial plasmid purification kits. In addition, we have developed an effective method of recycling mini-columns to reduce waste!
- Gel Purification of DNA
- This simple procedure utilizes filter paper and dialysis tubing to obtain concentrated DNA from an agarose gel, eliminating the need for commercial gel purification kits.
