Verification Digest
Reagents and Materials
- Restriction enzymes
- Appropriate buffer
- Plasmid purified DNA
- 1% % agarose gel
Protocol
- In a tube, add (per reaction):
- 4µL Plasmid purified DNA
- 1µL appropriate buffer
- 0.2µL enzyme 1
- 0.2µL enzyme 2
- 3.6µL ddH2O
- Incubate at 37 degrees Celsius for 1h
- Run 10µL in a 1% agarose gel at 100V
