Lab work

1. PCR for the sequence of promoter Pndh* and origin of replication

- Make an agarose gel with BET

- Gel electrophoresis with PCR product

2. Test efficiency of the super competent cell:

- transformation super competent cells with plasmid PUC18. (Spread bacteria on the boxes)

Protocol : Bacterial tranformation

- Plate bacteria on LB plate with ampicillin
