Protocols: Over the summer we have developed detailed protocols for all of the lab procedures involved in Biobrick assembly.

Experiments: We performed and documented many controlled experiments to test individual parameters in many of the protocols we have developed.

-You should make use of the calendar feature on the wiki and start a lab notebook.  This may be looked at by the judges to see how your work progressed throughout the summer.  It is a very useful organizational tool as well.
