Homemade Miniprep System

We have developed a homemade miniprep system that is much cheaper that the commercial plasmid purification kits. In addition we have shown an effective method of recycling mini-columns to reduce waste!
Gel Purification of DNA

This simple procedure utilizes filter paper and dialysis tubing and eliminates to obtain concentrated DNA from an agarose gel.
