Finaly Chosen Peptides
Today, we chose our final peptides after a long time research. In particular, we went through the literature in order to find peptides that satisfy the aforementioned criteria:
- No postranslational modification
- Do not affect E.Coli
- Affect S. Aureus
- No possibility to be dangerous for human (based on MIC concentration)
- Magainin
- Maxim
- Signiferin
