1. Mini prep on pT7-SUMO-Peptide-pcI-Ulp, pcI:Ulp:pSB1C3, pTet:cI:TT:pSB1C3, Lysis:pSB1C3 was done.
2. Inoculated the pT7:Lysis and pCI:Ulp:Lysis (Batch C).
3. Sending samples for sequencing.
4. Restriction digestion started for: pBAD:Ulp:TT (E+S), pcI:Ulp:TT (E+S)
