Our cooperation with mass media
Mass media coverage in July, August and September
To deliver our message to a wider audience of people in Poland and not only those somehow connected with science, three months ago we began a mass campaign in media.
To have the biggest possible impact we cooperated with for e.g. PAP (Polish Press Agency) , Polish Radio (channel 1 and 4) and TVP1 (Polish Televison channel 1). You can find all the links to media mentions about The Warsaw iGEM Team below. We had an interview on Channel 1 and 4 where we talked about the iGEM competition and synthetic biology, food safety and the FluoSafe project. We took part in a program about bioengineering broadcasted by TVP1 (largest public TV in Poland), in which we described our acrylamide sensor and our instructor Takao Ishikawa talked about BioBricks and genetic engineering.
