Human practice overview
We believe that gamification is a very interesting concept when considering human practice in synthetic biology. We analyze how games and synthetic biology can go together. We study cases where bio-games were used as research tools and also as a proof-of-principle to demonstrate the feasibility of theoretical concepts. In addition we describe how Colisweeper could be set up as a web-based game to educate people about synthetic biology all over the world.
