Capture Assay
Capture Assay
- TALE B was incubated with DNA as per gel shift assay protocol
- Complex was added on nitrocellulose
- Nitrocellulose was washed and blocked as per nitrocellose blot assay
- TALE A β-lactamase was added
- Strips were transferred to 96 well plate
- Substrate solution was added as per benzylpenicillin assay
- Colour change was recorded
- This was done with different controls
