9th of September

Lab work

1. Ran the restriction digestions on Gel:
          pcI Ulp Lysis B 1 (E+X)
          pcI Ulp Lysis B 2 (E+X)
          pBAD Ulp TT (E+S)

2. Did Colony PCR on the following:
          pT7 Lysis Batch C 1--6
          pcI Ulp Lysis Batch C 1--6

The colony PCR was not very convincing and we discarded this batch.
3. Did Mini prep on the following :
          pT7 lysis Batch C 1--6
          pcI Ulp lysis Batch C 1--6

4. Restriction digestion was carried out on:
          pBAD with S+P
          AIP Receiver with X+P
