As the Coomassie staining we carried out last week did not display all expected bands clearly, likely the low amount of protein loaded onto the corresponding SDS page, the SDS page was repeated. Nethertheless most resources of the DelRest group will from now on be shifted to the cloning of DelH.

As we could confirm the sccessful cloning and functioning of the DelRest expressin plasmid pFSN the DelRest subproject was finished here and resources of the DelRest group were shifted to the DelH group.
