This week the project "DelRest" was launched, which aims for creating a single, 32 kb plasmid enabling the expression of all genes from the <i>D. Acidovorans </i> Del cluster, namely DelA-G and DelL-P (note: the 18 kbp gene encoding DelH is cloned onto a seperate plasmid).
